Chad Stears, MSC LAC is primary therapist at Monte Nido Rosewood Ranch as part of the Equine Therapy program. His career as a therapist is motivated by the desire to help people learn and practice by becoming the version of themselves that they want to be. Chad grew up in a farming community and enjoyed combining his passion for agriculture with his interest in the clinical world. In his practice, he leans on the natural world to enhance therapy modalities. The intuitive nature of horses adds value in guiding those who engage in equine-assisted therapy to improve confidence and comfort in themselves.
