Free eating disorder test: do I have an eating disorder?

It can be difficult to recognize when food restriction, fear of weight gain, or body image concerns start to take over daily life. This brief, confidential anorexia quiz is designed to help you reflect on patterns like restrictive eating, intense focus on weight, or feeling anxious around food. It’s not a diagnosis, but a helpful first step toward understanding what you may be experiencing.
‍
If these questions raise concerns, you can explore our resources on the types of eating disorders we treat, including anorexia, bulimia, and binge eating disorder, and how eating disorders affect diverse groups of people. Each page offers clear, compassionate information to help you make sense of what you’re feeling. Whatever comes up, you’re not alone and support is always within reach.
