Brooke Lombardo, LCSW (she/her) is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 10 years of experience working with individuals experiencing eating disorders and a range of mental health concerns. Brooke began her career with Monte Nido Walden in 2015, working in a clinical role within the day treatment program in Connecticut. After gaining experience across a variety of clinical settings, she returned to Monte Nido Walden in 2024 as the Clinical Director of the day treatment programs in Connecticut and now serves as Director of Clinical Integrity.
Throughout her career, Brooke has worked in diverse settings across Connecticut and New York, including eating disorder and mental health clinics, as well as homeless services. These experiences have shaped her commitment to a holistic, person-centered approach to care and to recognizing the many systems and circumstances that influence an individual’s mental health and overall well-being.
Brooke earned her Bachelor of Arts from Quinnipiac University and her Master of Social Work from Fordham University. She is passionate about clinical education, supervision, and supporting clinicians in providing thoughtful, compassionate, and evidence-based care.
In addition to her work at Monte Nido Walden, Brooke maintains a small private psychotherapy practice in Guilford, Connecticut, and serves as an adjunct professor in the Department of Social Work at Quinnipiac University.
Outside of work, Brooke is an avid sports fan (Go Knicks! Go UConn!) and a self-proclaimed foodie—especially when it comes to New Haven pizza. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and exploring new places.
