Arise by Monte Nido offers compassionate, evidence-based virtual outpatient care for medically stable teens (13+) and adults in Florida and New York, with additional states coming in 2026. Designed for those who may face barriers to traditional treatment, Arise provides flexible scheduling, compassionate support, and a full clinical care team—all accessible from home.As part of the Monte Nido system of care, Arise helps clients begin treatment earlier, stay connected to support longer, and move seamlessly across levels of care as their needs change.

Real-Life Recovery Support
Recovery doesn’t end with treatment. A recovery coach helps you step back into daily life with confidence. From grocery shopping to rebuilding community, your coach offers 1:1 support to tackle these real-world challenges, build practical skills, and help you learn to advocate for yourself at school, work, and in relationships. They’re there to make everyday life feel doable again

Who is Arise right for?
Arise provides virtual treatment for medically stable teens (13+) and adults with:
- Binge Eating Disorder
- Anorexia Nervosa
- Bulimia Nervosa
- Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID)
- Other Specified Feeding or Eating Disorders (OSFED)
You do not need to have an existing eating disorder diagnosis to start care. If an eating disorder is suspected (take our quick online quiz), our team conducts a clinical assessment and diagnosis to guide next steps.
We serve people from all backgrounds, offering trauma-informed, culturally affirming care that reflects each person’s lived experience.

Step down smoothly after residential, inpatient, or day (PHP/IOP) treatment

Arise by Monte Nido increases access to care for communities where eating-disorder treatment is limited or hard to reach. We offer:
- Coverage through Aetna and select Medicaid plans
- Virtual access that removes travel, transportation, and location barriers
- Flexible scheduling that reduces disruptions to school, work, and caregiving
- Care tailored to varying levels of acuity within outpatient needs
