Dr. Tara Brass graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania and earned her MD from Jefferson Medical College. Dr. Brass completed her Psychiatry residency at Mount Sinai (NYC) where she received extensive training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. Dr. Brass worked as a psychiatrist at The Renfrew Center for Eating Disorders in NYC and later became the Medical Director of Columbus Park Collaborative eating disorders center in NYC. Dr. Brass then worked as the treating psychiatrist for Manhattanville College’s counseling center. Dr. Brass’s specialties are in the areas of mood, anxiety and eating disorders. Dr. Brass is now the attending Psychiatrist at Monte Nido Eating Disorder Center of Manhattan and has maintained a private practice in Scarsdale since 2005.
