Kristen Roscioli, RD, CSP, LDN, CNSC is a registered dietitian with 10 years of experience in the field of nutrition. After attending culinary school and working as a chef, Kristen made the decision to pursue a career in Nutrition and Dietetics to combine her love of food with the knowledge of its profound effect on health. She graduated from Drexel University and went on to do a dietetic internship with Sodexo. Throughout her nutrition career, Kristen has worked in a variety of clinical settings including a pediatric hospital and a home infusion company, as well as private nutrition counseling. Kristen’s nutrition philosophy is that every client deserves a personalized plan to fit his or her specific needs. As a former chef, she has a passion for food and helps to guide her clients toward having a healthy relationship with their bodies and the food that is needed to properly nourish them.
