Jayotta Jefferson Feimoefiafi, LCSW is the Clinical Director of Eating Disorder Center of Portland. Jayotta has over 15 years of experience working in the eating disorder community at various levels of care including inpatient, PHP and private practice. Jayotta has also worked with at risk and gang affected youth, taught African American History, worked with families adopting children of another ethnicity, and developed curriculum for reinforcing self esteem in children of color. She began her undergraduate education at Spelman College and finished Summa Cum Laude at Portland State University with both her BS and MSW.
Jayotta is a longtime member of NASW (National Association of Social Workers), Iaedp (International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals), Loaves and Fishes Meals on Wheels and Baha’i Youth Service. She is a regular presenter on the etiology and treatment of eating disorders at Portland State University and is a facilitator at Self Enhancement Inc.
