Elizabeth Harwood is a licensed clinical social worker with a master’s of science in Social Work from Columbia University. Elizabeth has worked as a primary therapist, clinical supervisor and clinical director in residential and intensive outpatient settings. During her time in those roles she has worked with a variety of individuals and families, including those struggling with eating disorders, trauma, attachment, grief and loss, substance use, personality disorders and family systems. Elizabeth is trained in EMDR, DBT, CBT, Grief and Loss Therapy and various Family Systems Models. She is known for her calming demeanor, which often helps others to feel quickly at ease around her, and her ability to build strong therapeutic connections.
