Monte Nido & Affiliates offers eligible employees the opportunity to participate in the company’s group health insurance plan starting the first of the month, after thirty days of employment. MN&A contributes a significant portion of the health insurance premium for employees.

Company Provided Benefits
MN&A provides 100% benefit of short- and long-term disability insurance, AD&D insurance and basic life insurance to full-time employees.
401k Retirement Plan
After a 90-day introductory period, Monte Nido & Affiliates employees are eligible to participate in a 401K, allowing employees to put pre-tax compensation toward a retirement account.
Continuing Education and Professional Development
Various programs exist for employees to continue learning. Licensed professionals are often provided with continuing education opportunities in-house at no expense, which allows for continued learning without taking personal time off. This benefit increases to include out-of-house opportunities after a year with the company. Individualized training opportunities exist for administrative staff, as needed and available.
Paid Time Off (PTO)
Monte Nido & Affiliates believes in work-life balance and offers a generous time off package that increases with years of service. After a 90-day introductory period, eligible MN&A employees are entitled to 15 days off a year. This incrementally increases to 25 days a year after ten years. In addition to paid time off, eligible employees receive company-observed holidays off:
