Ashley is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who received both her undergraduate degree in Psychology and her master’s degree in Education with an emphasis in Counseling from San Diego State University. She received another master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from California State University Long Beach. Ashley has treated eating disorders at residential, partial and outpatient levels of care since 2007. She uses an integrative approach to therapy, which is individualized to each client’s specific needs. She strives to meet clients with the utmost respect and empathy, in order to establish safety and explore past and current patterns. She believes every person has the ability to create a life worth living and therapy can be a helpful guide for clients to live as their most vibrant selves.
