Born and raised in the Mid-Hudson Valley of New York, Angel’s love of food and cooking took root at an early age while enjoying the simple nourishment of home cooked meals prepared with local and seasonal ingredients. Her professional career began 20 years ago at The Omega Institute for Holistic Studies. Since then, she has worked in restaurants throughout the Northeast specializing in a broad range of cuisines, creating meals with mindful intention, and cooking from the heart.
