Fredda is the glue that holds Monte Nido & Affiliates together. She heads the Administrative Department where she and her administrative assistants are the first point of contact for prospective clients and their families. Each person in this office pays great attention to detail but more than that, they give of themselves to the clients and families with great love and care.

As they describe our programs, verify insurance and perform a myriad of other tasks necessary to help clients and facilitate information flow among the facilities, Fredda, Angela, Iris, Vickie and Shawn bring experience and wisdom from their own lives and experience as parents. Intakes are done in this office with sensitivity, confidentiality and concern for the feelings and experiences of every client.
